Ethiopian Spice Blend
Like the “Sirocco” hot winds of northern Africa, this Ethiopian blend whips up a frenzy of sweet, warm heat. It consists of a blend of three different chili peppers in combination with the soft and subtle finish of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and nutmeg.
Main Ingredients: smoked & dried pepper, sweet paprika, onions, ginger, and garlic
Deliciouser with: Shakshuka, roasted squash and cauliflower, braised meats

Suggested Uses:
Makes a Deliciouser coconut curry
Use as a dry rub for chicken, beef and lamb
Mix into burgers and meatballs
Use in slow cooked stews with lentils, chickpeas and beans
Makes a terrific shakshuka
Season roasted cauliflower, eggplant and squash
Add to dips with sour cream and Greek yogurt
Top grilled flatbreads with olive oil and Berbere
Season sautéed greens and roasted vegetables
Stir into chocolate when making truffles
Season any and all egg dishes
