Northern Italian Herb Blend

Like an autumn walk in the Vallombrosa forest, with misty aromas of leather, pine, citrus and spruce, this blend also invokes rolling hills covered with wild rosemary and fennel. For added complexity, there are hints of juniper, onion, smoke and spice.

Main Ingredients: peppercorns, assorted herbs, fennel seeds, lemon peel, and honey

Suggested Uses:

• Add to buttermilk and salt for the perfect chicken brine
